Good health means feeling the best you can every day. Orchard Cove's new Center for Healthy Living is expanding the possibilities for improved health and senior wellness. It is where you can begin the lifestyle changes that lead to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Your health. Your senior fitness and wellness plan. At Orchard Cove, you learn how to feel your best. Our interdisciplinary team of medical, nursing, nutrition, behavioral and senior fitness professionals are leaders in their fields. Together, they are dedicated to promoting healthy living, senior wellness, and redefining aging, one member at a time.
Utilizing Collage Project, a scientifically based assessment tool developed by the Institute for Aging Research, our senior wellness coach will help each member design a personal plan to inspire positive lifestyle changes. While you play a central role in managing your own health, your efforts are supported through an action plan of achievable goals.
Senior Wellness Programs: Mind, Body, and Spirit Orchard Cove's Center for Healthy Living integrates traditional medicine with innovative programs in senior fitness, preventive care, nutrition and personal fulfillment -- reinforcing a sense of vitality and meaning -- mind, body, and spirit.
