Driving Directions

From Boston/Brookline Take Riverway to Jamaicaway:

• Go through medical area and pass Jamaica Pond on right. You will pass through two rotaries.
• At 2nd rotary, follow signs for Route 1 South (Dedham).
• Hebrew SeniorLife is on the left approximately .25 mile after Faulkner Hospital (on your right).
• Take a left at the 2nd break in the median strip onto Walter Street.
• The entrance to Hebrew SeniorLife is immediately on your right.

From North and South of Boston:

• Route 95 (128) to Route 109 East
• At intersection with Route 1, turn left onto Route 1 North (VFW Parkway).
• Follow VFW Parkway/Route 1 North for approximately 2.5 miles.
• When you come to a rotary, continue approximately .25 mile.
• At next traffic light, you will be facing Hebrew SeniorLife.
• Turn left onto Center Street and enter from Walter Street (your first right).

From Route 9 (Boylston Street) West:

• Make a right on Hammond Pond Parkway (after the Atrium Mall in Chestnut Hill).
• At rotary take 3rd exit on Newton St. (golf course will be on your left).
• Bear slight right at fork onto West Roxbury Parkway and continue straight through 1st rotary.
• At 2nd rotary take the 3rd exit onto VFW Parkway.
• At next traffic light, you will be facing Hebrew SeniorLife.
• Turn left onto Center Street and enter from Walter Street (your first right).  

Public Transportation (MBTA)

• Take the MBTA Green Line "C" train to Cleveland Circle. Transfer to the #51 bus.
• Take the MBTA Orange Line to Forest Hills. Transfer to the #38 bus.
