Dozens of medical specialties
Physicians representing dozens of medical specialties, as well as nurses and therapists, are available for consultation to ensure that every patient need is addressed in the rehabilitation process.
Rehabilitation hospital admission screening
Our intake coordinator and case managers will screen the patient and either accept or deny admission. If the referral is accepted, we will arrange a transfer time with the appropriate case manager at the hospital.
